I ordered 3 burgers: 1 bacon double stack and 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers. I got 1 jr bacon cheeseburger and 2 jr cheeseburgers.The food was good I just wish they had gotten the order right. I was using the mobile app and went through the drive thru and didn't find out the order was wrong until I got home.

The food and atmosphere is exactly what you would and should expect from a fast food restaurant, clean, cafeteria atmosphere. Food is good. What makes me keep coming back to this particular Wendy's is the service. My second job 30+ years ago was at Wendy's, so there is some nostalgia, but I have always received great and friendly service. My order has never been messed up. They do a good job here.

Now, this windy's I go to a lot. They have a lot going for it. A great indoor seating area with some TV's. That give you news about the upcoming weather and friendly drive through people who really listen to what you want and give you exactly that hot fries.

The customer service at this location is terrible! They are always cold and rude! That includes the managers. After this last trip and the manager being extremely rude. They also screwed up the order. There was suppose to be a Bacon Double Stack and it definitely was not. They messed up my friends order by ripping her off by giving her the wrong food. This location is by far the worst! Customer service is everything and I will not be back to this location! The only thing going for it is that is newer.

The fries were very old. The tomato was mushy like it was too old. This is the worst quality I have ever had from a Wendy's. Please throw away your fries that are from lunch rather than serving them again for dinner. Probably won't be going back any time soon

The worst location of Wendy's ever!!!COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!Very unorganized and untrained staff and management here! 15 minutes waiting for 1 burger and 1 fries while they had 7 employees behind the counter and just one order ahead! The ambiance was tense and there was some issue in the kitchen where everyone was lost and couldn't figure out what they need to do! Will never come back hereOh, and someone needs to clean the floors once in a while
