The food was phenomenal; we ordered the spicy garlic edamame and Gyoza, and I personally enjoyed the Tonkotsu ramen. The service was also exceptional, with a minimal wait time, and the staff provided all the necessary attention, making us feel very welcome. The pricing was quite reasonable, which was appreciated. The atmosphere was equally pleasant, with lovely decorations, subtle lighting, and the captivating view of the chefs at work through the kitchen window. “In & Outs remind of an a 50s hangout spot. Where teens would go hang out ..reminds me of tht movie Grease. Love the environment. & I also come here for their ICE ..im an ice eater & jus LOOOVE their ice..I would make trips for a an Xtra large drink just to fill it up w ICE. “This is my third time visiting this restaurant/coffee shop, and every single visit has been outstanding. I absolutely love the atmosphere. The prices are great, the food is delightful, and the portions are out of this world—so much food! I still can’t believe I live less than a mile away.

I want to give a very special shout-out to Gio/Geo. He was my server during my previous visit, and his customer service has been top-tier every time.

Today, Sunday 11/16/25, I rushed straight here from work in Orange County because he genuinely made my last experience unforgettable. It was very busy, and even though he wasn’t a server today, the moment he noticed I had been unattended for a few minutes, he immediately came to assist me. He took my order on the spot and once again saved the day!

This young man is truly a gem, and I hope to see him here every time I visit. He has made my experience phenomenal not once, but twice in a row. If I could give him a raise myself, I would—but since I can’t, I sincerely hope someone in management sees this:

“Bobos, although it’s changed over the years it’s only gotten better. The pizza we just had tonight was 10/10. A rare event for any pizza place. This and Marcos pizza are on the inland empire top tier list for me. We have tried many, and few can get it right everytime. The last 3 times we’ve ordered have been 10/10. Give bobos a try, from the meat lovers to the supreme you will be surprised!“

“My first time visiting. I was amazed at how fresh the ingredients in the food were. I had the chicken soup which was the BEST I have ever eaten. An entire boneless chicken breast in the broth with potatoes, corn on the cob, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Served with a side of Spanish rice that I added to the soup. Delightful.

I also had the shrimp ceviche tostada that was incredibly fresh and delicious. And the corn tortilla that it was served on never got soggy!

Home and mother’s cooking at its best. For a small hole-in-the-wall place, the food is better than most high-end restaurants!

“Walking into Tempe House was like visiting your friend's house full of Aunties who are all trying to feed you. The regulars were laughing and kicking back with the owners, watching TV in their own honest comfort. The woman serving food was so friendly, and when I told her it was my first time having Indonesian food, every customer chimed in with their favorite dish that I should try. She ended up giving me a couple free samples and a side just so I could try what she liked.

The food itself was delicious. I had sweet braised beef, tempe and tofu, kale curry, and the turmeric rice. They garnish the rice with crispy onions and piled on the portions! By the time I was full I hadn't even finished half my plate. All for a price cheaper than most other counter service spots I can think of. I'm definitely coming back to explore the menu! Can't recommend enough!“

I have the mandarin hot plate which was very good and my husband had the chicken fried rice . I say order the friend rice everytime , tastes like it’s made to order . Will be trying more dishes in the future !

“I decided to eat here based on a review that I read. It said the food was very authentic so I tried it. I have eaten in Thailand and in many Thai restaurants. The food was indeed excellent and very much how I remembered it in Thailand. I will go back and try some of the other dishes.

“I was skeptical at first Small place. Parking lot was Packed (Saturday evening) but we were seated promptly. Servers were on point. Portions were substantial and the food was great. “We were promptly seated upon our arrival. We were hoping to see the Dodgers on their TV which was missing the remote. Staff did an admirable job trying to get the game on the TV using the manual buttons but could not get the station. All 4 of us were given glasses of water, but the server handled glasses from the top placing her fingers on the brim which is quite unsanitary. As a result, we drank our water using straws. Early on we ordered a side of guacamole which seemed to have been forgotten. We reminded our server again when our food arrived. The food was good. The tamale was hard, but overall, all the food was tasty. I would return again, but please don't handle the drink glasses where people put their mouths. Yuk!“
