“Nobody does it better. Our favorite place to eat. The nicest, most efficient people work there. Very clean. We eat in Yucaipa store. We love the "keep it simple" rule. Proves you don't need a hundred things on a menu, but you do need to do it right, and you are the best“

“Food was definitely good proportion for price but what stood out to me was the service. Our waitress Laura was phenomenal!!! The food was great but her service made you feel like you’ve found a second place to call home. She checked up on us and had us laughing and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you. “Bobos is a great local pizzeria. Everything they make is fresh dnd never frozen. And they use a higher quality of ingredients. And it tastes like it too. The pizzas are really good with toppings all the way to the edge. The calzone I had was excellent, I couldn’t even finish it so bonus! More tomorrow! The antipasto salad was fresh and good subs very generous. Wings looked bomb too! Don’t sleep on this place! You won’t be disappointed!“

“This restaurant is consistently amazing regarding food, ambiance, and service. We had Phillip and Alysa. They have great customer service and personalities. They are very attentive. Alysa anticipates the needs of the customer to advocate for a great customer experience. Breanna manager was very accommodating and sweet. Highly recommended and FYI the bone in Ribeye is the best.“

“The Blue Jay blue cheese burger at Spade and Spatula is amazing (wagyu beef patty, gorgonzola crumble, balsamic glaze, candied bacon, garlic aioli, lettuce, tomato). Wagyu beef comes from Japanese cows that are fed a special diet. The beef is a different color from regular hamburger meat, and it tastes much different and much better. My waitress Isca was dressed as Krampus, the horned being that travels with St. Nick to deal with the not so nice children. Spade and Spatula has wonderful food and great service.“

“I've only had one thing here and I have dreams of going back just for that. Their steak. Good LORD their steak... It's steak where you can taste a past life, you can taste the grind, you can taste the blood sweat and tears to get them to this shop, and I see it. By God do I see it. Maybe my feet are wet when it comes to good food down here, but so far, THIS is the standard. Step it up everyone else. When Im trying you, I'm thinking of them. ??“

“Nice little Indonesian place here in San Bernardino with a mostly Indonesian customer base so you know they’re an important part of the community. I got the Rendang with Turmeric Rice and Kale Curry, and it was great. There’s a few vegetarian options with tempeh and tofu and is to-go style although you can of course dine in. I haven’t had much Indonesian food and when asked about the spiciness level of a dish, I was even given a small sample, so that was nice!“

“We were promptly seated upon our arrival. We were hoping to see the Dodgers on their TV which was missing the remote. Staff did an admirable job trying to get the game on the TV using the manual buttons but could not get the station. All 4 of us were given glasses of water, but the server handled glasses from the top placing her fingers on the brim which is quite unsanitary. As a result, we drank our water using straws. Early on we ordered a side of guacamole which seemed to have been forgotten. We reminded our server again when our food arrived. The food was good. The tamale was hard, but overall, all the food was tasty. I would return again, but please don't handle the drink glasses where people put their mouths. Yuk!“

Now let’s talk food — WOW. Every dish I’ve tried has been a home run. The Pad See Ew is perfectly balanced, the Tom Kha soup is rich and comforting, and their green curry has just the right amount of kick. Don’t skip the mango sticky rice if it’s in season — it’s heavenly!

“Food is ok but not that memorable. Bun bo hue broth was pretty disappointing. Shrimp fried rice had excellent wok hei and taste. Spicy lemon grass chicken was relatively bland. Sizzling beef was OK: pretty tender but the taste wasn't as flavorful as I'd like.“

“It reminds me of a small little college coffee shop where artistic and intelligent conversations can be had. It's quaint, comfortable and a great place to just chill in downtown San Bernardino. The beautiful young woman behind the counter was very warm and friendly. Honestly a sweetheart with an incredible smile. She recommended the strawberry banana smoothie and she was right. It was delicious! I recommend some strawberry popping Boba thrown in for that little extra sweetness.
Parking: A couple spots out front and maybe some in the back, I didn't check.
Kid-friendliness: It's a chill enviroment
