Excellent spot in Solana Beach, right on Main Street. There’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Since I went on a weekend, the line to order was quite long, but because many people were ordering to go, I was still able to find a table. It’s a great place to study or work in Solana Beach, and the latte and bagel were both good as well.

Not a coffee roaster. Only one bean - very bland. Could not add a shot to latte

My daughter and I had lattes and they tasted great, and looked as good as they tasted. The staff was very patient with us as we took our time to figure out what we wanted to order. It was a rainy day so indoor seating was at a premium, but it took just a few minutes to get a table. On a normal dry San Diego day, the outdoor seating would allow instant seating either inside or outside. We will definitely go back.

Overall I’m just really upset with myself over spending $51 at *this* coffee shop. two drinks, two coffee’s. 35 minute wait for the food. Drinks were milk & ice with a side of espresso. Egg sandwiches were extremely disappointing. The 4 star reviews make me think people around here are used to this kind of coffee shop experience. My heart goes out to you and I hope you visit a warm & welcoming coffee shop soon, we have great ones down south!

I’ve been coming to Barefoot regularly since moving to North County from LA two years ago, and it’s easily my favorite coffee shop in Solana Beach. The coffee is strong and consistently great, and their toasts (sweet and spicy avo is a must try) are my go-to for breakfast — simple but always delicious.

What really makes this place special is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and they’ve made an effort to get to know me by name, which truly makes it feel like a community spot. That’s a big part of why I keep coming back.

The atmosphere is perfect for working, studying, or just hanging out. It’s dog-friendly, with both indoor and outdoor seating, and you’ll often see familiar neighborhood faces. Plus, it’s right on Cedros Avenue — a beautiful street with shops, restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach.

Barefoot has such a good vibe all around — great people, great coffee, great location. A total gem!

Had a oat milk corridor and an americano while working 👨‍💻, both were made perfectly. Chill place to work 😌.

Been coming here for awhile now, giving up on them. The workers are not friendly or efficient, the coffee is so-so, food unreliable and they are constantly out of good lids for to-go drinks. Many other better choices on Cedros.

Tired their cold brew first time and loved it. The atmosphere is rustic and cozy. They serve beer on tap, wine and kambucha. The ice cream looked appetizing. Will try next time. Thanks 🦶🦶☕️

Good WiFi 👍🏼
Nice outdoor seating with shade, the espresso is average for the area. It’s basically the same thing as lofty or revolution roasters but $1 ice cream in summer is great for that afternoon computer work sprint.

The drinks are really good and the acai bowls actually fill you up. Parking is also easy to find.

All I had was the Cafe Americano and it was superb! Great and friendly staff, as well as the atmosphere. It was a nice find and I fully recommend a visit when you’re in the area.

Stopped at this spot to grab some coffee and my biggest pet peeve happened at this cute coffee shop. I've been here before and had a better experience. Today the cashier was soooo busy chatting up the regulars BEHIND me that he couldn't be bothered with our order. Barista failed to give us the lemon poppy muffin to complete our order. Can't rate the food I didn't get. Common courtesy isn't so common anymore. ✌️
