What a gem. It’s so nice to get fresh dishes prepared with simple ingredients. The sashimi is perfectly dressed and a dish I get every time. The restaurant is a bit of a drive for me, but I am always glad as soon as I get there. I love sitting at the bar.
Lana is exactly what North County has been missing. The food is genuinely delicious, the atmosphere is even better, and it manages to feel stylish without tipping into pretentious. So many places around here seem to get either the food or the vibe right, but rarely both. Lana nails the balance. The bar staff are outstanding, the room has great energy, and it’s the kind of place that makes you want to settle in for a full night out with friends. Easy five stars.
My new favorite restaurant. Get the chopped salad and some pizza. AMAZING. All the food is really delicious. If you want dessert-Key Lime pie!!!! Great beach atmosphere and excellent service.
