CTZN Reviews
Overstimulation in the most positive way possible! Every dish was an explosion of perfectly complimented flavors. Order almost anything. It is all good, it tastes like I'm eating love. The chefs pour their heart into the food on your table. You taste it in every bite.
We enjoyed every dish we ordered. The prawns with yummy sauce and the patas bravas were the best I’ve ever had. They were very different in texture and taste. The service was excellent. Overall a 5 star experience.
This place is arguably San Diego's best restaurant and honestly, I'll probably argue with anyone that says it isn't.
Everything is delicious. You can't go wrong with anything that you order. The croquetas are top tier. The remolachas, I was not expecting to be as good as they are, but they are maybe one of the best things I've ever eaten. The paella was fantastic.
And the basque cheesecake? I don't even like cheesecake... and that cheesecake is so good.

CTZN is described as arguably San Diego's best restaurant and possibly the best restaurant in the US. Every dish is an explosion of perfectly complimented flavors, and the chefs pour their heart into the food. The service is excellent, making for a 5 star experience. The prawns with yummy sauce and the patas bravas are the best ever had, very different in texture and taste. The croquetas are top tier. The remolachas are maybe one of the best things ever eaten. The paella is fantastic, and the basque cheesecake is so good. The creamy espresso martini is absolutely on point, and the prawns come in the most delicious sauce with tasty bread. The seafood paella is incredible, especially the scallops, which are buttery-soft and cooked to perfection. The space is elegant, with a versatile and approachable wine list. It is a fantastic date night spot where the food makes you think you are in Spain.
