Local Greens

It looks great and all, but the staff don’t even know how to deal with the customers. They don’t welcome you in or help you out with the menu. One of the ladies was talking bad about us while we were ordering. They had just barely opened and they said they were out of multiple things. I paid $50 dollars for two bowls that were cold and bland . I really had high hopes for this place. I do think that they have better things. I just suggest if you can’t keep up with your menu take some items off.

Do yourself a favor and don’t get a wrap from this place . I ordered a wrap today with the dressing on the side . When i opened it , it was completely soggy and not even edible . The chicken seemed fake and must have been sitting in a pan of water or something . This place is not cheap either .. 2 wraps were $40 . Absolutely awful I’m beyond annoyed .

Local green was my go to place for takeout lunch for my family every week or so. Then something horrible happened! The staff was uninterested and unresponsive, the handmade food was half of what it had been just a week prior, literally! The $15 bowl of salad I ordered was half as much and missing items listed on the menu. The sandwich I ordered was made with salad items like crumbled bacon instead of strips and chips of tomatoes instead of slices and also was missing several items that were listed on the menu. The total bill was almost $40. Needless to say I didn't include a tip. Please listen to your community those of you who are the managers and owners or understand the consequences!

Oh no what happened here! I don't like to write negative reviews but nothing went well here today. I use to love Local Greens but haven't been in a year. Went today and sadly disappointed with the food and staff. I walked in there was 2 women sitting at a table eating. Two girls working behind the counter. Neither one of the employees said a word to me. It was strange, I stood close to the wall menu and normal ordering end but still no attention so I went to the register and stood there to get help. Then one of the employees looks at me after almost a minute and comes over and says if your ready to order I'll help down at the other end, the other end I was standing at for minutes! I ordered the Baja Bowl.... it was cold. Cold rice, cold chicken, cold black beans. The ingredients are all stored in bake ware on heated surfaces, why is it cold? $20 for the bowl and ginger tea. Too expensive for cold food and bad customer service. Besides this I sat in a corner that they've turned into storage and the bathroom was dirty. This place use to be great, I'm really sad it's going downhill. Hopefully the Owner takes notice and concern of this review and turns the place back around.

For sure what I had, it was excellent. The Italian sandwich had fresh ingredients, perfect balance and I love the freshly toasted bread. Really good.

Good food, nice sitting area inside. Vegetarian options.But they only serve in disposable plates. #EcoFail #DoBetter

I had the Baja Bowl. I was looking forward to it but sorry to say I was disappointed. Also i found some hairs in my food. The food is over priced as well. Staff was friendly and the ambience is nice. The primary reason i went there is because it was marketed as the only healthy food option close to the train station.

Either the staff is overworked, underpaid or they just hate their jobs.

This place used to be amazing but unfortunately things have changed. Every time we come in, about an hour before closing, the staff is always doing closing duties, which makes us feel like we are ordering food way past closing time. If your hours are until 8pm, then the tortilla heater should not be turned off at 7pm. Please address this.

I like my smoothy...Not happy at all about the Poke bowl. Reconsider offering fish if it is not really fresh.Radish was not fresh
