Always the best place for dinner before a show. They take reservations, even for large groups, and you get access to the venue via the restaurant and can visit the bar and bathrooms throughout the concert. I will never see a show here without utilizing this delicious little gem

Good menu, not too extensive but a good variety: limited GF options. Drinks are exceptional and so was the service. Best bets: burger, fish n chips, ahi poke. Best part is early access to shows at Belly Up which gives you dibs on tables and bar seats. Good choice!
All meals were amazing, perfect portions and balance of ingredients.. served fast and wonderful server. Atmosphere was colorful and fun. Nest to see all the posters of entertainment that have performed at there

Love this venue to eat out before seeing a show at BellyUp. The service was mediocre this visit. I loved my meal. My husband I shared the Thai chicken potstickers. They were fantastic. I ordered the Italian sausage pappardelle pasta. It was incredible and the bread it was served with had melted cheese and sauce. I called it a mini pizza. My husband had the filet medallions with potatoes and asparagus. It was all good but the sauce that covered everything was not good. He was disappointed with that but overall good meal. It seemed they were training staff so that might account for slow, mediocre service. In the past, the service has been fantastic.

Food was outstanding. Our waitress was professional and courteous however it took us sitting for 25 minutes before someone came and took our drink order and then another 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Seems a bit excessive for a party of two. Otherwise four stars across the board

The security clowns here checking i.d. and wanding are beyond aggressive and rude. Been seeing bands here over 20 yrs and it's starting to feel like just another big arena with no cool.

Went on a Sunday by myself. The door guy asked if I had a reservation. I did not. He said I'd have to wait outside. I asked if I could wait at the bar, because I was by myself. He said no. I said I hadn't ever been to a bar that didn't let people stand by the bar and order a drink. He said, "there's a first time for everything." I left.Way too many good bars in this area to be waiting outside in the cold on a Sunday evening.

The sushi burrito was fantastic! Next time I'll have it for lunch too! The seared ahi was also great. We were going to the concert at the Belly Up after dinner and the service was very prompt and friendly. We've always loved the restaurant even before it was the Tavern!

What a great live band! Jackie Greene, someone I never heard of but his music was amazing . The tavern reminds me a place hidden and only the VIP can enter. Love the music and enjoyed magical night. What a great experience
We ordered from the adjacent restaurant, the Tavern. The food was very good. We ordered a salad with blackened salmon which was outstanding and Pad Thai that was good. The servings are just enough to finish without overeating.

Finished our meal, took 15 minutes plus to get our check. It was nice to be able to see the show from inside the restaurant, but we probably missed three songs live The service was very attentive, early in the meal. Generally happy enough to come back, I did have a late reservation

Lucky to have an iconic venue like this in the neighborhood. Famous acts and new upcoming bands, tribute bands - super eclectic. It's reasonable cost, lots of room inside/- you do have to make sure no wooden beams are in your way. You can get in line early to try to get a seat or pay for one or you can stand and dance / whatever you want. Definitely go.
