Lofty in Solana Beach completely blew me away. The staff goes above and beyond to make the experience great, which is so refreshing. I tried the iced Salted Caramel Latte, and it actually tastes like real caramel—not overly sweet or artificial like most places. As for the food: the Sausage, Egg, and Cheddar Croissant is a must-order, and getting a warm chocolate chip cookie topped with sea salt was the ultimate treat. Can't recommend this spot enough!
