We have been coming here ever since it was built many years ago, but unfortunately, it has really gone downhill over the past couple of years, and we no longer come here at all. They keep taking everything away, and it's just not a good customer experience for us anymore. We used to regularly have the lunch buffet, but they took that away. We go to the Round Table lunch buffet in Marina, and also in Willows when we're visiting my son, and the one in Oakland which is near our church. This Round Table no longer offers pan crust, which we loved. And they charge ten dollars for one trip to the salad bar, giving you a little cereal bowl to put your salad in. Everything is so stingy, like Scrooge is running this place. As a customer I feel like there is no value here at all, and I spend way too much money for what I get. We go to Olive Garden a lot because we get a much better value for our meals there. We get unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks, included with our meal at Olive Garden. We do visit other Round Tables who still offer what we want, but not this one in Soledad anymore.

Sorry but they take wayyy too long. They took over 70 minutes (update: an HOUR AND A HALF) and it was very upsetting on a Sunday night just trying to enjoy a movie night with the family. It was only one girl, it’s understandable but cmon. Hire somebody else? (Our pizzas were already there but she was way too distracted taking orders and prioritizing other things that our pizzas got cold) 0/10

I placed an order via phone call at 5:33 PM. I arrived at the location at 6:30 PM. I waited in the lobby until 6:49 PM. Horrible service. I understand there was only one girl at the front but that shouldn't justify the lack of service and unprofessionalism. They don't give you an update on your order. You have to keep on asking. There is no structure whatsoever. Turns out my order was ready the whole time. When they gave it to me the food was cold. I asked to be remade or heated up. I was still waiting for my food at 7:15 PM. I recommend you seek service elsewhere.

Food was good after it took 68 minutes to get (quoted 20mins). Girl was rude and said it should be fine because she gave us 'free stuff because of the wait to order' which was 2 drinks after waiting 18 minutes to order. Still waiting for the bacon cheddar twists - time will tell if we'll actually get them. If you plan on ordering from here, order in advance, come 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, and pray you get some kind of service.
Update - worker just came to the table and apparently the bread twists are not even in the oven. Absolutely astonishing. Obviously management is LACKING

DO NOT COME HERE. The employees look overworked, you can see them trying to run around to get things done. Last time I went I witnessed an employee who was being yelled at by an older lady for 10 minutes. From what I can see from being a manager for years, this is NOT how you run an establishment. This place obviously does not care about their customers or their own employees!!

The pizza is really good, but it has never been a smooth experience. I have been going here off and on since they opened. The pizza is generally good. They are constantly late on cooking the pizza. Usually double the time that they say it will be. That is only if the actually remember to make yor order. Generally if they say it will be ready in 30 minutes, don't expect it for at least 90 minutes. When I say they are always late, believe me, they a ALWAYS late and behind schedule. Ordering in advance means nothing if they don't bother starting the order until you walk in the door.

Traveling through town and we were helped by Zavier. He was very busy with calls and other guests, and still immediately made a point to greet and welcome us the moment we came in. His presence really sets a positive mood in the restaurant!
