One of the highlights of our trip! It was crazy busy in Solvang over this weekend (December), people were lined up outside of other places, and we managed to get in here! The two workers (a young man and an older woman (sorry, I can't remember their names) were awesome. It has an old fashioned/European/romantic feel. There was also live music. Vast selection of wine and beer. I had a delicious dry champagne, and my husband loved the German beer on tap. We had a cheese plate that was incredible value. We will be back next time we are in Solvang!

Arrowsmith’s is not only great in food, drink, service, and atmosphere categories, it’s a veritable community ASSET: Live music (yes!), occasional and superb English “high tea” events with homemade sweets and savories presented with traditional perfection, Trivia nights, occasional cultural / educational presentations on fascinating topics, continuing support of and events for animal charities, and a wholesome, civilized place to connect and just enjoy life! They are doing their part to keep our little town vibrant, interesting, and culturally relevant. We’re huge fans!

We came to Arrowsmith's on a trip to Solvang and had an excellent time. The owners Tim and Anna are extremely hospitable and care deeply about the provenance and quality of the food and wine that they serve, all which is fabulous. Thank you for hosting us, we loved it!

The owners were SOO friendly and the place was great. The only reason why I gave them 3 stars is because they sold me a bottle of wine (that they recommended) which cost 50 dollars but ended up being spoiled and had cork residues on it

What a lovely experience meeting Anna at her very wonderful wine bar. We sat outside with our furry child Rufus and had the champagne tasting and the delicious cheese platter with a variety of yummy things, hummus and bread, Brie. Goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes to name a few! Anna is such a lovely lady! Thank you! We will be back again! Lynne and Liann (twins from Simi Valley)
