Awesome! Long wait but reasonable wait time based on how many people were waiting. Awesome breakfast food. 2nd time going. Only complaint was we needed to 2 tables for a larger party. We could have been seated earlier if the party before us didn't keep sitting around on their phones when the bill was already paid. It's not the restaurants fault. One of the servers saw me holding my leftovers box & offered bags so I didn't have to walk around awkwardly holding it
Paula's was really great with a bunch of different options. We were able to walk in without a wait. We got the eggs florentine and the danish pancakes. The wait wasn't bad, it was reasonable. The eggs florentine were amazing. The hollandaise sauce was so creamy and rich, and the eggs were cooked to perfection. The danish pancakes were a bit thin for me personally. This place is worth the hype and worth the wait. Some of the best waffles I've ever had. Look, the waffles and strawberries made such a purely sweet combo alone that I didn't need the whip cream or syrup at all. The waffle itself is super moist and soft. No complaints at all, would come back if I ever was in town.
