“The venue itself is pretty nice. However. When there's special events, I think there should be more than one person serving. It took awhile for us to order or get our refills. I'm sure it's a much better service when it's not a special occasion. But, their biggest event is the Christmas parade time. They should have still been prepared. Their little patio area is very nice.“

“good service the cheese and flight worked out“
“We had an order of the pineapple/coconut and lychee swirl for myself and my boyfriend, as well as the hot coca for my mom. The waiting time was short and drinks of my part and my boyfriend's was delicious. My mom thought her chocolate was alright, but had some bitter undertones. The interior was cozy, with the board games, plushies, and couches. I read some Norse fairy tales from the books while waiting. The table and plushies were a little dirty but overall ok. I would come back for another time for the delicious boba or relax with one of their Danish books.“
“Alma Rosa Winery is nothing short of exceptional. It is a true gem in Santa Rita Hills and a must-visit for anyone who appreciates world-class Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
What sets Alma Rosa apart begins with its legendary founder. Richard Sanford is widely regarded as the pioneer who brought Pinot Noir to Santa Rita Hills. Sanford is not only a visionary; he belongs on the Mount Rushmore of Pinot Noir winemakers. His influence shaped the region into one of the world’s most respected Pinot Noir appellations, and his legacy is deeply woven into the DNA of Alma Rosa. You are not simply tasting wine here. You are tasting history, innovation, and mastery in every glass.
The wines themselves are elegant, expressive, and beautifully balanced, showcasing the terroir of Santa Rita Hills with precision and restraint. Each pour reflects thoughtful craftsmanship and a deep respect for the vineyard.
The tasting courtyard is equally unforgettable. Serene, beautifully designed, and incredibly relaxing. It creates the perfect environment to slow down, savor the wines, and truly appreciate the experience.
Most impressive was the staff. Warm, welcoming, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate. She elevated the tasting with thoughtful insights, approachable explanations, and sincere hospitality that never felt scripted or rushed.
Alma Rosa is not just a winery. It is a pilgrimage site for Pinot Noir lovers. Whether you are a casual wine enthusiast or a serious collector, this experience will stay with you long after the last sip.“

“We stopped here after going to Solvang Brewery because we wanted to bar hop but no are specifically trying other beers in the area. We were surprised to walk into a beer shop with a nice gentleman who could tell we looked lost but when I asked about the bar the said it was a membership bar but since it was our first time he let us in as visitors with a pass to what I now know is a speakeasy. Super cool entrance which explains unassuming the beer shop. We were welcomed and impressed by the beer selection on tap. The server was very knowledgeable and the patrons were all extremely friendly and welcoming. We struck up a few conversations about beer, about the locals and just general chit chat with good beer and good people. They also sell snacks and there's an outdoor patio and games to play, things to read, and just a very cool atmosphere overall. Nothing snooty or pretentious about this place. It's great to be in a comfortable setting with mature adults who just love beer! Highly recommend place to chill and slavtually conversate with fellow beer admirerers. We would definitely go back and if you're local a membership is worth it.“
“Don’t miss Sanger Wines in Solvang. Surprisingly excellent estate wines, both red and white. An elegant and comfortable tasting room. The cheese board with olives and yummy olive oils was really good. This is a top notch wine tasting space. A shoutout to Pam who was such a fun and experienced representative of this business. What a gem in Solvang! Thank you for a great experience.“

“Warm, old-fashioned lodge atmosphere with a spacious dining area and plenty of outdoor seating overlooking the golf course.
Their weekly Blue Plate Dinner specials on Thursday and Friday nights are what keep me coming back, time and again; on these nights, you can find the rarest of unicorns -- the Holy Trinity of low cost, high quality, and full portions! Pictured is the Roasted King Salmon from last week. The fillet and potatoes were perfectly cooked, everything was perfectly seasoned and delicious.
A full bar and frequent live music performances complete the experience.
Highly recommend for getting great bang for your buck when in Solvang!“

“One of the best wineries in Solvang. Quaint and modern, bar seating and indoor lounge vibe with outside fire pit tables. Always delicious. If you are looking to join a wine club the Consilience is our pick. Always reliable and very yummy. Like most of Solvang they are dog friendly.“

“Really good sausages and abundance of cheese curds! My only suggestions would be to use a thicker beer cheese for your pretzels and to serve your cheese curds with a marinara or raspberry capote sauce. But your brats and sausages were great!“

“I appreciate all employees who work with customers and who work in the kitchen. The service was fast and simple, and, what is the most important, the sandwiches we ordered were very delicious. Tje portion is good enough for one oe even two people. I ordered Panino sandwich with sourdough bread (you choose the type of bread) plus another one, I just don't remeber the name. I believe they have about 19 different sandwiches choices. No toasted bread, but very delicious becasue of the the ingredients that are smart and carefully selected and combined. The gourmet person will understand me. But the way, they have a small courtyard to seat and enjoy!“
“We visited Lincourt without a reservation hoping we might be able to get a spot and were welcomed so warmly. Julian served us and had such deep knowledge of the wine and history of the winery. We had a bottle of the Courtney chardonnay and it was bright and crisp, perfect for a hot afternoon. Julian was so kind and helpful and we enjoyed the comfortable seating, great and quick service, and calm atmosphere. This place is a perfect place to visit, a bit off the beaten path for SB wineries and a smaller and more intimate experience, which is exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend.“

“Great food. Friendly and very busy staff. Seating for breakfast is usually easy. As the day goes on, seating might require a wait.
Centrally located in Solvang. Parking is free in the street and in a several public parking lots within a block of the restaurant.
The food is delicious. See the menus for the offerings. I suspect most of the similar restaurants and owned by the same owner(s). Most of the menu items are the same, posted at the same price.
This restaurant stands out because it is brighter and the tables are spaced well. There are no booths that make the restaurant seem crowded and closed off. It's very comfortable.“

“Chef David Cecchini truly outdid himself with the recent Cecco Supper Club event. From start to finish, this dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Every detail, from the carefully curated menu to the perfectly paired wines by Amber Rose Wines, reflected an incredible level of thought and skill. The evening began with a canapé reception and a crisp, elegant Rosé, setting the tone for the culinary journey ahead. The first course, Coquilles Saint Jacques, was an absolute delight—baked scallops in a creamy white wine sauce, beautifully gratinéed and paired perfectly with a bright Sauvignon Blanc. The flavors were rich, yet balanced, showcasing the chef’s expertise in French cuisine. The Warm Salad Niçoise that followed was a masterpiece. The seared tuna was cooked to perfection, complementing the tender fingerling potatoes, crisp haricots verts, and briny olives. It was a symphony of textures and flavors, enhanced by the accompanying Pinot Noir. The main course, Beef Bourguignon, featured tender short ribs in a deeply flavorful red wine reduction. Paired with a Grenache/Syrah blend, it was hearty, comforting, and elevated—a true celebration of rustic French cooking. To close the evening, the Cherry Clafoutis was pure perfection. The balance of tart Amarena cherries and the delicate custard-like cake was divine, especially when paired with Spanish coffee. It was the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable meal. Chef Cecchini’s attention to detail and passion for his craft were evident in every dish. This was not just a meal; it was a culinary experience that transported us to the heart of Provence. Highly recommend attending one of these events—you won’t regret it!“
