I worked with Melissa to curate a 40th birthday dinner at a private residence and had a phenomenal experience. She was very accomodating during the entire planning process, and the execution of the meal (as well as the meal itself) was flawless.
Great place! Welcoming staff and wonderful wine. I wish we had been hungry because the Monday night Cajun menu looked delicious.
Loved the atmosphere, service, owners, local wine, and food. We had such a nice time and meal!!

The location is excellent, and the outdoor seating offers an incredible evening experience. The wine flight and tapas are a hit, with each wine explained in detail. The menu, based on fresh local ingredients, includes unique dishes like shrimp cocktail and jambalaya flauta. The gazpacho is a standout, and the Viking Sandwich is recommended for Fridays along with a honey ale. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring guests feel cared for. Clean Slate is also known for their curry nights, where multiple dishes showcase perfect flavor and deliciousness. The atmosphere is lively, and the restaurant is busy in a good way. With a diverse drinks menu and constantly rotating specials, this small family-owned business offers an exceptional dining experience.
