“Joy Cafe is the utmost gem of hidden gems! The atmosphere is magical, with lovely music, darling paintings, unique trinkets, and gorgeous handmade pottery! Best of all, our drinks were incredible and beautifully made, the Resilience Latte and the Strawberry Cloud Matcha, very obviously made with love and care. Georgina, the owner, has a lovely vibe and is extremely forthcoming, I didn’t want to leave! I say everyone visiting Solvang or passing through should be stopping at Joy Cafe!!❤️☺️“

“The best pastries I've had. We travel all over and have never found anywhere like this. The freshness and detail put into their products show up. I hadn't been here in 5 years and came back all was the same if not better. The atmosphere of this town is amazing and without Olsens it would never be the same. “Cafe Dolce is a wonderful place to enjoy. The owner Sammy is my favorite. His Cafe offers an amazing variety of fresh Baklava. The juice bar and protein shakes are over the top! If you want a real treat try the Mediterranean Panini. Everything here tastes crisp, clean, and fresh! You will love it!“

“We enjoyed our visit to Danish Mill Bakery. Not only are the pastries and desserts delicious, the customer service is impeccable. We were on a driving trip through CA and my daughter accidentally left her Apple Watch at the bakery. We did not realize this until we were two hours south. I received a phone call from Emily at the bakery who was so kind and was willing to mail the watch to our home. We can't thank you enough!“

“Absolutely loved our experience at Esko’s Cafe in Solvang! The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. The Danish pancakes and pastries were amazing, and the coffee was perfect. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Cozy atmosphere, great service, and generous portions. Definitely one of the highlights of our visit to Solvang. Highly recommend and would happily come back again!“
