One of the best wineries in Solvang. Quaint and modern, bar seating and indoor lounge vibe with outside fire pit tables. Always delicious. If you are looking to join a wine club the Consilience is our pick. Always reliable and very yummy. Like most of Solvang they are dog friendly.
I’ve been a Consilience wine club member for many years and I’ve enjoyed wines from my travels all over the world. I can’t say enough good about the staff, fantastic service, always courteous and helpful, and the wines are absolutely top shelf, some of the finest without a doubt. I have never been disappointed and have always enjoyed a personal relationship and formed friendships over the years with some of the staff when ordering additional cases. It was welcoming, very friendly staff, they had live music. Good wines came home with a few bottles.
