Yelp says this place is closed but it's not. Very nice and refreshing/light on a hot day, especially in contrast to all the hot and heavy foods on the block. Friendly service

YUCK!!! I guess this place is open but maybe should stay close as it has very inefficient process for selling simple items like shaved ice, nathan hotdogs, bottled water, soda and popcorn EVEN with my/other customers consideration for covid times, we waited 25 mins and our order took 5 minutes to get a simple 3 flavored shaved ice and no they didn't run out of anything. I shouldve paid attention because this is by far the WORST I've seen but given that it's covid, I thought business owners would be more careful, than not. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until after we finished eating. I watched this guy use the same gloves he used to take mine and other customers (before me) credit cards/cash and shaved ice. He shaves the ice with the machine and uses his hands and fingers to form it (round) in the cup so BEWARE!!! Its pretty DISGUSTING!!! Maybe if you're desperate, ask him to switch gloves before starting your order.
