Good brews and good food, but inattention to detail by bar staff (on his phone) on second visit dropped our rating. Food order was entered missing an item. Waitress did comp the item when it was delivered later, and wouldn't let us pay for it. So that was a good recovery. We would go here again.

Two couples, shared appetizers and drinks. A busy day watching football. Plenty of fans, lots of fun. The food and drinks were spot on: Hot Wings, Soft Pretzel and Zucchini Planks. The service was beyond awesome. Anne kept us going, checked on us often, but she was not obtrusive.

Great spot for drinks. They have TVs with football and an overall good environment! Especially good for young people and they are open late.

What a wonderful place to have a nice dinner with good friends. We have done the Car Show for the last 18 years in Solvang and this year we had 6 friends come with us. They enjoyed the time at Solvang Brewing Company and absolutely love the food and just sitting outside to enjoy the evening.

Stopped by when I noticed their menu offered pastrami, had to order it with just mustard and pickles. Came with fries but had order appetizer of zucchini this was tasty with ranch for dipping. So much took back to my room and warmed up later that night. The roll the pastrami was on was simply soft for a rustic type.

Fantastic experience, food, and beer! Friendly service and the grilled cheese was ridiculous! So delicious but very rich and filling!!

Looks like it would be a great spot to watch football but we had a mixed bag. There is NO table service, you have to get up and order from the busy bartender and pay ahead of time (I imagine this damages the tip amounts). While the sausage appetizer plate was plentiful and enjoyable, the BLT was disappointing. It was cut in half...one half had two small pieces of bacon and the other half had only one small piece! There was a ton of tomato and lettuce though. We had to take the plate to an employee and request more. For sodas, it's self serve from a fountain machine, which was okay.

We recently dropped into the Solvang Brewing Company for drinks and a bite to eat. Their craft beers are great and their fries and chicken wings were equally great. They don't have servers providing table service so you have to go up to the bar to order both your drinks and food.

I was greeted by an authentic and lively atmosphere that truly embodied the spirit of a brewery. While the food might not have been outstanding, it's important to remember that the primary focus here is on the beer, and in that aspect, Solvang Brewing Company excels. While the food may not be the main attraction, it's worth noting that Solvang Brewing Company offers a selection of dishes to complement their beers. While the food may not be outstanding, it serves as a suitable accompaniment to the main star of the show—the beer itself. Ultimately, the Solvang Brewing Company delivers an authentic and welcoming brewery experience. With a focus on quality craft beers and a lively atmosphere that exudes the essence of a traditional brewery, it provides a great place to relax, socialize, and enjoy the company of fellow beer enthusiasts.

Absolutely delightful late lunch! We walked in and were immediately greeted by a delightful young lady named Annie who found us a perfect table in the shade and was also our server. She helped us pick the perfect appetizer and meal and quickly brought us our ice cold diet cokes! Absolutely everything she recommended was AH-MAZING! The beet salad, pastrami sandwich and fried zucchini were all STELLAR! The food came hot and quick! It was as delicious as she described. The environment was calm and fairly quiet. A+ everything. If you have a chance, check it out! Thanks, Annie, for the awesome meal and excellent service!

Order food at the outside window and find your own table. Basic burger and side menu. Beer was good. Very casual. Noisy atmosphere.

The staff is really nice and accommodating. Someone came in and switched the channel while we were watching the hockey game and the bartender felt so bad that she gave us a free beer. We had been intently watching that game.

You do t expect much from a brewery beyond a good beer and decent bar food. In this case we got a decent beer and poor bar food. Everything sounds upscale on the menu but the reality is not a very appetizing one.

If weather is good you can sit on the patio. Comfortable place to eat and drink. We had nachos with our beers. Their IPA was good.

My wife & I had walked past this place in September hoping to watch some college football. It was packed. Not a seat to be had near a television even if they could put the UCLA game on for us. So we kept walking. Fast forward to an early Friday afternoon in January. There were a few folks scattered around the outdoor tables on a 65 degree day but it was going to cool off fast. We opted for a seat at the bar. This being a brewery, and having seen reviews petting this place as only a 4.1 out of 5.0, we were skeptical about the food but ordered their tomato soup and a beet salad anyway. My wife thought the soup was one of the better ones she has had, and the beet salad was so large it took the two of us to finish it. Both items were exceptional. And the beer wasn't bad either.
