The Solvang Fake News Food Company! I had the Torpedo Sausage, menu says "house made stout grain mustard", what a joke. See photo, I received packets of US Foods low-rent mustard from Homewood Illinois. Menu said sauerkraut and sourdough, but no kraut and plain roll. Rest of the menu is the same Fake News, promising "Danish" or "European" style, "house made" dressing and sauces actually from little packets, and "Grade A fries" whatever that is -- mine were the same old stale and greasy. There's plenty of good restaurants in Solvang, no reason to go to this tourist trap. We made a mistake.

Nice place. $18 for a vodka soda is a little outrageous. Well above anywhere else in town. For $20+ a drink with tip and tax there’s better places in town or up the road.

This place doesn't really have servers. You order at the bar, which is find, except that if you have a group and the bill is over $120 they add an 18% tip. The sodas are self serve so the staff is just runners who bring out your food. We had to go to the bar to get forks and never received that asked for condiments. If youre going there just to drink im guessing the place would be nice, but the bar b q burger tasted like an expensive western bacon burger from Carl's Jr.

From start to finish this place was gross. We weren't greeted at all...a server blew past us as we walked in. The guy at the bar was the one taking all the orders. We ordered margaritas, they were terrible! Our food came out and the server pretty much dropped it and ran. My wife's hamburger tasted like fish, the bacon on both our burgers tasted days old and was the same texture as jerky. We got a side of onion rings I bit into one that was still frozen...that whole discussing experience was $91!! I encourage no one to stop here at all!

Stopped to eat here over the weekend. The food was yummy not bad ! The beer was also yummy. You have to go up the bar and order and they give you a number. You sit anywhere and wait. We spent about $170 for a family of 5. They automatically add a $25 fee for a part of 6+ just a heads up. Cute little restaurant.

Tried the west coast and blood orange IPA's, very delicious! I ordered the French dip sandwich and my girlfriend had their bacon burger, both were so savory and delicious. We also shared an order of mozzarella sticks, they give you so much we couldn't finish them. Overall a great place to get a beer, cocktail, and good food. We also had the Pomerita pomegranate margarita, it was really good and strong!

Solvang Brewing… Nice enough atmosphere. Greeting not very inviting and ordering not friendly or attentive. Asked what was on an item and the greeter/bartender/order-taker said “whatever’s on the menu” (which was on the wall away from where the orders are taken). They then forgot the onions that were on the menu. He did get friendlier when he brought the onions we specifically ordered on the burger. Waitress was friendly and helpful when she brought the food. Food was ok. My Tri-tip (sans bun) was barely warm but flavorful. Hamburger was ok. All-in-all, ok but nothing great.
