There are many flavors, peanut butter and churros were mine, awesome.
There was a line.

Ice cream was good. Stood in line waiting for pistachio. Didn’t have it. Had to settle for their coffee flavor. Wasn’t good.

Also need stronger cups for ice cream. Leaked onto clothes.

Good affogato and ice cream.

Make sure you have your order ready because if you’re trying samples and people line up behind you, you get pushed aside and have to line up behind everyone to finish your order/continue being served. Ice cream is ok and has decent flavor but service isn’t enough to make up for the ice cream. Also portions are abysmal so the value definitely isn’t there. Go anywhere else.

My new favorite ice cream place. My husband is an ice cream lover so wherever we travel we have to have ice cream. This is now the best for me. Love the chocolate chocolate chocolate!

I would check out this icecream spot if you visit town. It is quick and in the middle of all the pretty stores. They have a good variety to select from. The staff are always clean and smiling

Whatever flavor you try, you must eat it in a ice cream sundae. You get 3 scoops, fudge and a hot topping for a good price. I tried ice cream with a Belgian waffle sandwich too but that was a little mediocre. It is still worth trying though, just don’t have high expectations.

Packed !!! Hot !! But ice cream was good . Nice little spot. Went last minute to the ice cream shop. It’s the shop that has the windmill.

Pretty good

This spot gets a solid 4★ from me. I’d bump it to 5★ if the flavors were more creative and the menu a bit more accommodating. The classics — chocolate, vanilla, caramel — are always nice, but I love when a shop surprises me. Think Grapefruit–Basil–Ginger, Apple–Cheddar, Rosemary–Fig, Chocolate–Chicory, Chocolate–Pear–Honey… there are literally thousands of ways to go beyond the usual suspects.

On top of that, a lot of us have to watch what we eat these days — less sugar, no dairy, fewer calories — and there weren’t any options for folks in that boat. Post-COVID, it’s pretty standard to see at least one non-dairy or reduced-calorie choice. Even grocery store brands like Halo Top, Nick’s, and Enlightened have made it the norm.

That said, I can’t fault the atmosphere. It’s got that throwback ice cream shop charm — bright, friendly, a little nostalgic. The ice cream itself is fantastic. Rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. And the staff are warm and welcoming.

Cute spot and nice people, but the ice cream tastes store bought.

We were here in the middle of a hot humid summer, so obviously we needed ice cream! We were undeterred by the long line, actually that convinced us we were in the right place! We waited patiently, trying to decide on flavors! It was so hard! I could have eaten like five different cups of ice cream. It was so good! I could eat there every day.

Amazing ice cream couldn’t complain at all 🥰

The BEST ice cream in Solvang! My favorite is a scoop of the Earl Grey and Shortbread with a scoop of Pistachio in a waffle cone.
