The food was absolutely delicious! We came as a party of five, and everyone was very accommodating. We made reservations, same day, and it was a good thing because many people wanted to eat there.

My husband and I go to Nashville annually, and we've gone to Kentucky specifically for the KY BBQ. We have also gone to North Carolina to have some Carolina BBQ. We both can say without hesitation, that this place has the best BBQ we have ever had. The ribs fell off the bone and the brisket was juicy and cooked to perfection. And the corn bread that is served warm... to die for. Prices were reasonable the drinks were great and the patio itself was adorable. 5 out of 5.

What a joke..They know nothing about what they sell as far as the whiskey/Bourbon... bartender is a young person that doesn't know the difference between a Rye and a bourbon..?? The manager came and asked me what up..? And I told him I'm asking simple questions about some of your bottles and the bartender is getting mad at me..? Not sure what's going on..? Response..we only sell stuff we don't know anything about it.....Nice...this place is McDonald's with some whiskey.. don't come here..!!

We really enjoyed our experience. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. The interior of the restaurant was warm and inviting. The menu has a mix of elevated bar food and smoked meat options. The full bar offered something for everyone with an emphasis on whiskey. The saucy babyback ribs were outstanding. The meat was tender, flavorful and fell from the bone easily. The house-made BBQ beans were well balanced and paired well with the ribs as did the chipotle mixed veggies. I washed the whole meal down with a Danish Red Lager from Figueroa Mountain Brewery...perfection. Another standout was the Cobb Steak Salad with Green Goddess dressing. The steak was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The smokey bacon played well with the blue cheese and fire-roasted corn. I can't wait to return and try their brisket or pulled pork.

Smoked brisket is a must to order! Absolutely worth every penny. So as onion rings and corn bread. Filet mignon strips were a disappointment, very hard to chew and bloody, would not recommend. Portions are really big and are meant to share. Whiskey based cocktails are amazing, especially the pear one. Service was excellent! Highly recommend this place!
Food was tasty but not the highest quality and a bit overpriced. On par for Solvang as it's a tourist town. If they could either drop the prices a bit or up the quality, it would be phenomenal. I want to go back and try other dishes as we only had appetizers so this may have just been that I choose the wrong dishes. Like the brisket fries taste super good, but the quality of the fries and cheese is low for $20+.

First stop on a week-long road trip and this was THE BEST way to get the trip started! Wonderful restaurant in a beautiful location. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The smoked brisket I got was the best piece of meat I've ever had. I'm an extremely picky eater, but I couldn't put my fork down for even a second. My partner had the burger and cleaned his plate! (PS the strawberry lemonade was great!) The only thing that bummed me out is eating here made the rest of the food we ate on vacation seem lackluster in comparison lol. We'll definitely be back!
