Maybe the best pizza in Marin/Sonona Counties with a noteworthy setting, especially the outdoor patio...a destination restaurant worth the trip.
Buck's Place looks like a dive bar from the front, but in back is Sonoma's best pizzeria. Whenever my wife and I wanted a simple date on a Friday night, we'd do house cocktails and a pizza at Buck's. The outdoor seating had a villa feel to it, and the old arcade machines in the back corner were a fun diversion.
The food is absolutely delicious. The mozzarella sticks are crispy, ooey gooey cheesy and totally perfect. Italian Hoagie was one of the best I ave ever had and I lived in NYC for a decade. Service is also completely wonderful. Cannot wait to go back!
