We were staying at a local hotel and found this gem at the end of our trip. Just had to post a review. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Wife was estatic that they had maple bars and they were delicious. All of you that are locals are fortunate. Go and try the donuts and maple bars! You will not be disappointed!
These donuts are nothing short of magical! There is something very special about the donuts made here. Whether it's an old fashioned, buttermilk bar, danish, creme or jelly filled doughnut the texture, the sweetness, the icing are all on point. I've never been excited about doughnuts, but these doughnuts are exceptional! So, if you're looking for a doughnut that's memorable, this is your place!
I'm local and have lived here for 23 years. I used to go there for the BEST cheese Danish you could get in the county. However, they recently changed the way the make them and now the filling tastes like vanilla custard. I hate custard.My backup is now an Apple Fritter.To the Owner: PLEASE go back to the old way of making the cheese danish. They were SO delicious!
