Every time I go to Santa Rosa I pass by the El Gitano Taco Truck, and every time I pass them by, I tell myself...Next time I'm stopping!
Well, today I stopped and got 4 plain tacos de cabeza without any condiments so I could taste the meat for itself. They were Amazing!
