A SONOMA tradition. The bagel shop has never changed and thats perfect. The staff is very friendly and very fast. Even if there is a line of 10+ people in front of you it will not be a long wait. Seating inside is limited but outdoor seating g is available. Great place for a quick bite. You can bring your dog if you sit outside.

For the price, oh yeah. This is a big hit. I have been going there since I was a kid. Bagels are excellent, always have been. The service is efficient, friendly, and still carried out with a calm energy. Great staff right now. Personally, I cannot afford to eat at ANY of the restaurants in Sonoma. The exception is places like this and other 'cheaper' fare. It's the fact that the quality is so high and the prices so low, that really grabs me. Loyal for life. Keep it up!

The bagels are so good. But the staff are even better. Highly recommend stopping in here for a quick breakfast. There was a long line and some not so nice customers but the team was calm kind and knowledgeable.

I'm from the East Coast, but lived in Sonoma for some years, and now back on the East Coast. I always try to make time for a Homegrown bagel. I've told people that if they think good bagels only come from New York, you've never had one in Sonoma.

The bagels are really good! We're fans of the mini bagels. Everyone who works there is very friendly too! Occasionally they'll offer our kids juice samples, which of course are the highlight for them.

By far the best bagels in the entire state, maybe even the entire country! The service is fantastic, always by someone friendly and helpful. Nicely decorated interior. I've met the owner, and he is a really nice person, super to get to know! You can't go wrong stepping in the door to Homegrown Bagels.

How is it possible that in such a prestigious business, the manager is a person with a criminal record who lies about his immigration status to the owner himself? The person I'm talking about is Irma Karina Yañez Gomez, who has been working for years with too many lies. She is a very despotic person with her people who work there.
She can't drive, she can't get a driver's license because of her criminal record, and yet she keeps driving.
Clearly a local favorite. Super yummy bagels. Kind and friendly staff. Gal that was working the register was super friendly and efficient :) Will be back next time we are in town.
