I brought my friend for her birthday and we sat in the beautiful outdoor section. The service was perfect and the food delicious. We were not rushed and enjoyed a leisurely meal and great conversation.
The patio was very nice and the staff amicable, but there were wasps around our table, some attracted by previously-spilled food on the floor, and apparently the restaurant only had one “anti-wasp” device, so we had to finish our meal inside.
Wow Layla at MacArthur was 10/10 in terms of place, ambience, aesthetic, food and vibe! I cannot recommend it enough for a casual brunch or a fancier event with girlfriends. I hosted my sister's Baby Sprinkle there with 13 guests and everything about the place fulfilled what I envisioned the event to be and more. Dawa - the event coordinator for the restaurant - was very gracious and responsive about sending me photos about the different seating arrangements and was kind...
