I love the happy hour, tasty plates and the best prices in town. The hummus plate was so good we ordered a second plate!

Oso is a hidden gem on the Sonoma Square. The food is outstanding, the service is great and the prices are reasonable. It has a ‘Cheers' vibe - casual and friendly. Just a great place to hang with friends and family!

We love OSO but they REALLY need to update their menu. Almost everything is good however, It has been the same for way too long (i.e., Hummas; shrimp & polenta; deviled eggs). I remember back when they had fun dishes like tacos, Korean ribs, and much more. They also had a Happy Hour that was just wonderful and was usually very full with diners. We would go there more often if there were some different choices. Their cocktails are very good. Time for menu upgrade!

We had a delicious New Year's meal including deviled eggs, red wine braised short rib with vegetables and polenta, and dessert. The service was excellent. We were absolutely stuffed!

This is the third time we have dined at OSO on NYE. Unfortunately, this may be the last time. We were especially disappointed in the rushed service. I understand the need to turn over the table on such a busy night. But we were not even through half a bottle of wine when dessert arrived. I received an email on 12/28 to inform me know that this was a Prix Fix menu night. We made the reservation several weeks in advance. We looked at the attached menu and saw that the options were things we have ordered in the past and enjoyed, and kept the reservation. The execution was less than stellar though. I understand the need to prep things in advance with the limited kitchen, but some things were just not great and we had past great experiences both on NYE and regular dinner nights. Special thumbs down to the overcooked salmon entree. Greens were overcooked The plating was visually unappealing. Companion liked the short rib plate and the chocolate dessert. We suspect the Pot de Creme was prepped a couple of days before as it was hard and flavorless. We don't recommend for NYE. We highly recommend for non-holiday dining. Lesson learned.

Stumbled by occasionally walking by and found this gem. The baked Rockefeller oyster were amazing, the seared steak and cod fish was also outstanding, but the roasted potatoes were a home run.

As always Oso is consistently delicious. We had the deviled eggs, 2 bavette steaks and the pork chop. The sauce in the steaks is to die for. The service is always friendly and attentive.

We loved the Oso vibe, the happy hour pork tacos, & the cheeseburger. Lovely service. Will be back to try more items from the menu!

As always, Oso offers excellent food, libations and service. The friendly staff enhances the comfortable setting and makes the dining experience one which makes my return an easy choice. The deviled eggs, beet salad and fish tacos were plenty for three of us. The blood orange margaritas were delicious. Oso is a restaurant to return to for the food, service, ambiance and location, as it is in the square in Sonoma.
