A friend who has a membership with Repris was able to get a complimentary food and wine tasting here at Texture and invited me along. They have a great spot right on the square within Pangloss. The food and wine pairing was absolutely delicious - one of the best I've had. They did an excellent job picking food dishes that really changed the whole taste of the wine. Hands down an amazing experience! The amuse bouche style bites paired with the wine was fantastic! Our tasting guide was phenomenal! He was so knowledgeable and clearly loves what he does. We also like the Pangloss Cellars bubbly to cleanse our palette before starting. Excellent value for the price!

While the Pinot Noir is exceptional, in my opinion the chardonnays are among the best produced in California. Neil is a delight, and I'm proud to show these wines off to friends and family whenever I get the chance.
