Ordered a pizza for pickup. Arrived and waited behind a guy just chatting with the cashier. Guy leaves and I'm next, but cashier just stares at the screen for a minute then walks off without acknowlement. I move to wait in other cashier line instead, they read my order and say it isn't ready yet so I wait. I arrived 10+ minutes after my pickup time but 2 other people pick up their orders in-out while I wait. Diffrent cashier calls my name, I go up and they say it still isn't ready (why call my name then?), then original cashier sees me and says somthing in a condescending way about how I can take the parts that are ready now if im in a hurry. I sit back and keep waiting, then they call my name again and put the food on the counter, but then they walk off to get sauce cup and leave me standing at the counter again for another few minutes. He returns and I leave with my food after ~20 minutes of extra waiting, then get a big hit of weed smell after walking out the door. And after all that some of the sides were barely even warm. Just a lousy experience overall, and second time I've had to wait extra for a pickup order.

It would be nice to be able to order a pizza without the worker trying to force a sale for other items. I told the person over 4 times that all I wanted to order was my usual and he kept going and going..... probably time to stop supporting this place.

My family and I love Round Table Pizza, great service. Miriam is fantastic. She has great customer service and always makes us feel welcomed. She always greets us with a smile. Restaurant always looks great when she around. salad was fresh and very delicious. Our dinner was a great like always. It is a bit expensive but the pizza and service makes it worth it.

We ordered a pizza for delivery last night and waited 2 hours before finally calling the store and they admitted they forgot to put order through. So we would have had to wait another hour for our order, at that point we decided not to continue with their business and went elsewhere. Such a shame, the pizza is actually quite good but the service has really gone downhill not to mention the price has really gone through the roof! $90 for 2 pizzas.
