One of THE BEST pulled pork sandwiches ive had in my life. The Cuban sand and froze were also great!

Based on the reviews, The Butcherman BBQ Restaurant is a delicious barbecue spot. The food is a highlight, with the brisket being a standout item. The brisket sandwich is huge, with tender chunks of brisket flavored with a tasty spice rub and served with pickled onions, big enough for two people. The Tritip is smokey, tender, and perfectly seasoned with salt and pepper. The brisket is on par with what has been had in Texas. Other menu items include the smoked turkey sandwich, mac and cheese, and world famous beans. The coffee is also good. The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful, and attentive. The atmosphere is just next door to a historical free state park, with seating out front on the street. It is a grab your friends, grab a table, grab a sandwich kind of place. The seating area can be a bit dirty, but the food does not take long to get, making it a good stop if you have limited time. It is a perfect place to stop for a bite while in Sonoma.
