Enjoyed eating at The depot. Food was excellent, beautiful atmosphere, and the service was great. It’s a Sonama staple. Highly recommend the chicken dish if you like a bit of kick. Also, tried one of the specials which was a mixed green salad with burrata cheese, pomegranates and prosimians. Flavors of the fruit paired well with the greens. Delicious!
It was our anniversary so they gave us a great table poolside and even treated us to a glass of champagne! The butternut squash ravioli and short ribs were fantastic as was the wine and service. We highly recommend The Depot and Susan, the general manager, couldn't be more welcoming and warm.
It was only a month ago that I enjoyed this restaurant with girlfriends before attending a show. It was then that I decided I would bring my husband back for his birthday dinner. It was the only evening in late September that it decided to rain, the staff was very accommodating seating us outdoors as I requested, they lowered a shade to keep the rain from coming onto the porch where we were seated.
