A friend and I recently attended the ricotta- and butter-making class, and it was absolutely delightful! Ben & Sheana brought so much earnest enthusiasm to the class. They were incredibly personable, making everyone feel welcome and comfortable, regardless of their prior experience. It was clear that they not only know their stuff when it comes to cheese, but they also genuinely love sharing their knowledge about local fare. We booked this cheese making class and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was laid out and planned. They served wine and non-alcoholic drinks. The facility is clean and nice. Has a bathroom for guests. Ben was excellent at explaining and providing instructions without being overbearing or too vague. He was great with the teen we had with us. We made butter and cheese and couldn’t stop eating it. So watch out for spoiling...
