This has been one of the best adventures we have done in Sonoma. We learned how to make ricotta and butter ! Sheana & Ben were so polite and personable. If you’re ever in Sonoma, this is a must do!
What an amazing place to make cheese! Sheana and Ben are some of the most friendly folks you'll ever meet, but their love and knowledge of all things culinary will blow you away. The cheese-making class is worth it just to spend 2 hours with them learning all about interesting flavors they've come across recently, hearing their stories, and just having a great time (and as a bonus, you get to walk away with a ton of delicious cheese!)We'd go back and do this again...
Ben hosted us for a cheese making class. It was a great experience that taught us how to make amazing homemade fresh cheese with our own seasoning. I really recommend this experience. They also have a great retail shop with plenty of local products.
