“We ordered a cappuccino and a latte-- their coffee is really good. The staff is also really friendly and took time to chat with us. There's good seating and ample space and the location is right on the main street so easy to spot and walk in.“
“Came here for a tea on a Tuesday afternoon. They were doing a brisk business. Order at the counter and they call your name when your drink is ready. I was excited to see London Fog on the menu. There were several tables and the ambiance was nice. The tea was good and staff were pleasant. They sell bags of coffee as well. Free Street parking in the historic downtown area.“
“A few things I love the Soulsbyville Morning Ladies They are so Great and they make my drinks (coffee dayO whip& everything) I've ever tried to perfection I'm am Never disappointed when The Morning Crew is on the DayO. They are extremely pleasant and very kind to me and I'm always looking forward to seeing their happy faces. Excellent Attitudes and Great Customer Service Love Their Service and their Kindness Now for the next shift (afternoon girls) They sincerely have the worst attitudes They are not cheerful or even fake nice They act as if you're putting them out by ordering coffee They don't remember a simple drink order, have to ask several times "did you want whip cream " they take forever. And they do not care if they make your coffee taste properly. My order is always lacking when they make it. And I have to say this again Their customer service attitudes are not good at all . I'm giving a 5 star review because of The Morning Ladies and The Awesome skills that they have And for the record I know that the afternoon crew are very well trained so they should have better quality of work and quality of service than they do . I've been going to DayO for years but I had to write this review because of the fact that I want the Morning Crew to Know that I See Them and I See their Work Ethic in all That They Do Maybe the afternoon Crew will get their act together, if not for themselves But for the Business “
“This family owned shop is well worth going a few yards further down Washington Street. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, the shop is super cute, and the menu has a great variety of sandwiches, salads, empanadas, and yummy baked goods. I always get the grilled cheese sandwich -- it's always so yummy! My son tried the championes empanadas, and we split the pasta salad. Everything was awesome. We especially enjoyed the thumb print cookies. Highly recommend!!“
