Tried the Charlie pizza and burrata appetizer. The pizza is excellent - best I've found in the area. The crust is crispy and airy but tender inside. Sauce is simple and good and the toppings are top quality. The burrata is served with oven dried tomatoes and fry bread, and is just outstanding. Nice job!

Excellent pizza! The chicken wings were a great special, and the apps were fantastic. Especially the carrots. Service was super friendly and attentive, and the vibe was fun with low pretence. Great experience all round.

We were blown away by the amazing food, service and atmosphere at Buzzo! We had the burrata and crispy cauliflower apps, and three pizzas! All were fantastic! Pizza crust is the perfect amount of crispy perfection! Great unique pizza flavors and traditional alike! Our server, Ellenore, was attentive, knowledgeable and provided great service! We can’t wait to dine here again soon!

Amazing wood fired pizza joint in Soquel! Glad we finally tried this joint after typically driving across town to either Mentone or Bantam. My wife and I had the burrata with bread and the arancini for apps before enjoying the pepperoni pizza and zucchini pepperoni as we couldn’t settle on just one pizza. Glad we got both as both were super yummy, and we had leftovers to take home. Sitting inside was a good time as we could easily see the pizza being made and cooked, which just enhanced our time there. Great staff, too!

We had the pepperoni pizza and it was delicious… we also had the Ceasarsalad and the meatballs and I would order again and again. Julia was our server and she was prompt, friendly and cared about our dining experience. Noah was also a delight with a great sense of humor and attended to our needs. We will be back!

I called Buzzo Pizza to order a couple of pizzas to go. I was placed on hold and after more than 12 minutes on hold I was sure that they had forgotten about me. So I hung up and called back...27 times before I could get through. When I finally got through, the woman asked me to hold, I explained that I was on hold for over 12 minutes and simply wanted to order 2 pizzas to go. She took the time to explain that they were busy and she would have to put me on hold. I asked her to please take my order. It was now evident that in the time we were on the phone she could have easily taken my simple order of 2 margarita pizzas, but no. 6 minutes later she took my order. When I get there, I attempted to redeem a coupon from a text that I had just received. I was told that my coupon had expired, I showed the young woman my text from the same day, and she refused to accept it. I did noticed that while I was waiting, the young woman who answering the phone was chatting with a server for a few minutes. The last time I was there, I called and tried to get a reservation for a party of 4. I was told that they did not take reservations. When we arrived, we asked if we could move to a table in the corner away from the cold, the hostess advised me that the table was reserved. When I remarked that I was told they did not take reservations, the hostess said "we do for some people" a short time later, the party of 3 showed up to their reserved tabled. Yes the pizza is good, but perhaps on the weekends, they should have a person that is dedicated to answering the phone.
