Went last weekend for ice cream, I ordered and they had very little of the flavor that I wanted because we didn't check before paying. Stephanie the employee who was there, refunded me but she had a terrible attitude, and a week later I still don't have my refund and when I went back today to ask ,they just told me to check with my bank. Never going back,terrible service and they took my money

The server is very nice and perfect customer service. I highly recommend this location to all of you.

Update your times on Google. Says your open drove here, it's 840pm.... says your open until 9pm, and looks like your store has been closed for awhile. Won't come back.

Today 6/02/20, I purchased ice cream from this location. The two young ladies work at the time had poor customer service. No Hi or offering the special of the day. One employee didn’t want to do the special of the day because they were supposed to be closed at 5. But I arrived 4:10 and didn’t understand why I couldn’t have the special of the day. I didn’t feel welcome at all. It wasn’t a positive environment at all and I will not come back again.

I went in today(11/23/20) and was accused of harassing a employe the previous day. I was told they have video of me there yesterday doing this. I never went in the store yesterday I called in asking a question about a cake and there was no harassment over the phone either. I requested to see the video and was denied. This is one of the most awfully experiences I have ever had in a business. Being told to your face by a straight out liar who claims to be the manager and general manager as well is plain wrong. I will be following up with corporate customer service regarding this issue to place a compliant. Because I would like to see that video as she claims.

As soon as I opened the door I felt nauseous. I think it was just the cleaning products but it smelled way too pungent. I went to see the ice cream, melted. I decided to leave :(
