Fuego's reviews are not lying. Hands down some of the best food in L.A. The restaurant offers a magnificent Peruvian experience. Guests are greeted by cheerful and energetic staff. The beef, cooked to a perfect Medium Well, is pleasantly tender and served with rice and a green salad topped with finely sliced cheese. Other popular dishes include the Tiki Chicken, Lomo Saltado, Chimichurri Steak & Chorizo, and Surf & Turf, all scrumptious. The Tiki Chicken, in particular, features perfectly balanced teriyaki pineapple sauce and a crunchy chicken crust. Don't forget to grab a sweet cheese empanada at the end of the meal. The service is exceptional: friendly, professional, and super attentive. The owners are passionate about offering quality food.
