I have to say Wow! It's rare to give a 5 star on everything but this KFC was amazing! What i didn't expect was my food brought to my table, I wanted honey and they brought it. And one of the employees came by all the tables with customers to hand out hand wipes! The place was very clean. Thank you KFC. Keep up the customer great experience!

Worst KFC branch in the US! I asked for crispy skin, but they gave me grilled chicken. They said 4 thighs and 4 legs, but they only gave me 3 and 5 legs. The front desk was rude and refused to refund my money. They even swept the floor around me when I was eating there. The chicken pieces were so small that they looked like dead chickens from a chicken farm that had bird flu. The taste is also salty, no wonder it is opened in an area with poor public security.

All the KFC's are basically the same never had any problem with their food and I would say it's the best fried chicken by far way above the rest.
Bad service I went repeated my order 4 times even showed a picture and still got my order wrong I even went back to get my right order and they still got it wrong plus I even showed the picture I order of the food plus they saw my receipt because the lady didn’t give it to me

I ordered an 8-piece package with mashed salad and buns. The truth is 👍 I really liked the flavor, very different from the flavor of Mexico. Nothing to do with one flavor from the other, now the original flavor is in the USA. The flavor of the chicken, the salad 🥗 and the puree is very delicious and above all the gravy, hot flavor. Which gives it another touch.

The employees at the Durfee location are extremely patient and friendly. Fast service with incredible vibes. I’ve been eating at this location for years. Today they went above and beyond when I found some old KFC coupons I had from years ago. They accepted them even though the company no longer takes them. I am forever grateful and will never eat at another location again! Lies, I will but yea the Durfee location is my go too!!

During lunch hour nothing was ready had to wait 25min. For my food, Sweeping in the back while food was being cooked , no gloves on, even the manager on site , no help at all ,, all employees could've cared less about having people wait even the ones that had ordered there food ,, really bad service!!!! Hopefully they will hire new people !!
