If I can leave zero stars I would. Worst customer service. Was never greeted when I walked in. Nobody on the floor for 10mins one customer before me waiting and a known customer walks in and gets served before us. Employee never smiled and was taking her time with everything. Worst experience ever! And this is a plus? Wow!!!!!

If I can leave no stars I would. We came in at 9:30, they close at 10. The girl at front was talking/flirting her life away with a guy "supposedly helping him" and sees us walk in and I ask if their open and she says " technically we are but are you gonna order a lot?" As if we were disturbing her flirting, and we walked out. I get it that your closing soon but your just standing there talking. Very nice looking place but bad customer service. Attend the customer even if your closing in 30 mins that's why it's opened till that time.

I came here today and the mangoneadas were sub par. Before they used to fill them up to the top however now they're barely filled up (see pictures). If I am paying 8-10 dollars on these, I have the expectation that I'm going to get a full cup of a mangoneada, not a sub par one.Customer service needs some work. Overall my experience was decent, but if I were to choose from the three michoacanas that are in the area, I'd go with another one.

You walk in and it's clean and have pretty lights hanging from the ceiling, the lady at the counter was nice and let us try some samples of the agua frescas. I got a frutas y leche agua and my daughter got a frescas con leche both super yummy! The price was about the same as a Starbucks drink but I thought the portion was good for the price, considering what it takes to make aguas. They also had ice cream and paletas, chips etc. This will definitely be my go to for aguas frescas on a hot day

The ice cream scoops mocha and nuez taste nasty like it has sand I though it was only one flavor but went I try the other flavor it was the same thing

Where are the bilingual staff. Sever was nice but didn't understand any English. She messed up my order and I had no way to communicate my disappointment ?. I paid 15 $ for something I didn't order because of the language barrier.
