Ordered a pizza all burned in the middle no cheese everything in the middle burned

On Wednesday evening I went to go pick up a pizza I had order. The cashier Anthony accidentally forgot to give me my change I realize until I get to my car and came back inside the store and make the cashier aware of the situation he was polite about it and even apologize. He proceeded to give me my money but the Manager Liz said “Not to give me the money back” and started yelling and mistreating the cashier. I felt disappointed and embarrassed for the cashier for the way he was getting treated that I just left home and decided to go back the next day. Never have I seen a Manager treat her employees so disrespectful in front of customers. The next day I went to the store and spoke directly to the store manager her service was great and apologized for the inconvenience and gave me back my changed. I give Store Manager Koodos for good customer service!

It's a terrible place and very lazy people work. Sierra at 9 and if you arrive at 8:30 they don't want to answer anymore. It's the 2nd time they've done it to me and I won't stop there again. They are the most arrogant and terrible...

They didnt have change for 50 dollar bill

They mess up epically on the weekends especially. They've given away my order to another customer more than 3 times. The last time, I waited 35 minutes passed my expected time for crazy puffs, and crazy bread(order placed at 7:08, recieved at 7:55). They have to be remedial to mess up this bad, this constantly.

Order a pizza on the app half pepperoni and half jalapeños with onio and bell pepper and got it all wrong all on one side and just cheeses on the other side made a complaint and they couldn't just give me a regular pepperoni that would off fix everything but decided to make me another one to wait another half an hour.

This store takes forever when you order your pizza if you go around 2 or 3pm they take forever to make your order makes no difference if you call ahead of time or order in person. Still have to wait along time. I don't get it why they have someone working on there own if they can't with the orders I felt for the person working there.

In and out super quickly. They were about to close and only had pepperoni pizza left but still good for the price.
