I got the rose passionfruit tea which is a mix of green and black tea, crystal boba, and basil seeds. It was very good for the price. I can't remember the last time I paid less than $5 for a drink + toppings. The tea flavor was good. It tasted more like passionfruit because the rose flavor didn't come through. I asked for less sugar/ice but they didn't adjust the sugar/ice level. I knocked off a star for this reason. This place is conveniently located in the supermarket so you can get your groceries and enjoy a refreshing drink at the same time. I would definitely try another drink when I'm back at this supermarket.

Okay it's pretty rare for me to do a 1 star but I felt like I had to. Every time my mom & I go to Thuan Phat, I stop by here to get boba. DONT get tarro because its all powdery and you can see it on the bottom even when it's mixed. But thats not why i'm making this review. I ordered black tea mango mixed with black tea passionfruit. Youre able to taste & chew on the sugar for the drink. This is normally not a problem when I go to boba places because this never happens. Anyways, it was also to sweet so I couldnt finish it all.

Little House is inside of the Thuan Phat El Monte Superstore. Located right as you enter through the main entrance. They serve boba and ice cream and some food items. They have a buy 2 get 1 free deal. Milk Tea w/ Boba, large - $3.25 + $.50 - Good milk tea blend. Boba was warm and chewy. A little to sweet for me but I did not adjust the sweetness. Honey Jasmine Green Milk Tea w/ Boba, large - $3.25 + $.50 - More of a mild tea flavor compared to the normal milk tea above. Honey Green Tea w/ Rainbow Jelly, large - $3.25 + $.50 - Green tea was good and at 0 sweetness, it was perfect with the jelly.

I hate leaving one star reviews but this isn't right. I ordered a large Vietnamese Coffee and when I received it the cup was a third way filled. When I gave it to my mom she was annoyed because that's unfair, we didn't get what we paid for. If I wanted my cup to be a third filled I would have ordered a medium. When we went to tell the employee working, she said if we wanted to add more water it wouldn't taste good... Why would I want more water to fill my cup, I want more coffee. I understand that lots of shops fill their cups all the way with ice to save on their product. However they filled their large cup with ice and filled it with a medium coffee. Horrible customer service and the coffee wasn't great. I won't be supporting this establishment.

Well, they just lost a good customer. Since this place opened up in the supermarket, my daughter has been ordering the same drink every time, passion fruit tea. She loves it and orders it after we do our grocery shopping every time (I go here quite often for my asian goods). I gave my daughter 3 $2 dollar bills (total: $6) to go get what she wanted from there while I waited on the side with my shopping cart. My daughter came back and handed me $0.15 with the receipt. Apparently, the drink came out to be $3.85, receipt showed cash tendered, $4.00 and change was $0.15. I asked my daughter for the additional $2 and she said that they took it. When I walked over to the counter, I told one of the girls that someone overcharged my daughter $2 more than what stated on the receipt. She opened the cashier register and handed me two singles right away. She didn't bother giving me back the $2 bill (must be her lucky day but wait there is such thing as KARMA----just so they know, my daughter earn these from her good grades and hard work...) Wonder how these girls could do this to a child-----no heart whatsoever. I wonder how these girls sleep at night. I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to buy from them again. You guys lost at the end.

Worst Service Ever. Very Very Very slow service. One of the girls was very rude took her sweet time in taking and making the order. 3 women in the work place and the girl was taking a good while

Looks like a sketchy little boba shop but do not underestimate how good their drinks are, seriously. I usually get their Jasmine milk green tea and honey milk green tea with boba. Their tea is always very strong, and boba usually has good texture. My mom gets their kiwi passion fruit green tea and they use legit passion fruit in their drinks, you can see the passion fruit seeds in their drinks. They also always have a buy 2 get 1 free deal. So in conclusion, super quality boba at a great deal. Do yourself a favor and take a break from the super overpriced and overrated boba shops out there and stop by here for some quality boba

Located inside a Vietnamese supermarket, this is a rare combination of bahn mi sandwiches, iced coffee, boba milk tea, fruit slushies, and spring rolls to go. There's only 7 different sandwiches of the usual beef, pork, char siu, but the video menu alternates from Viet to English. The bahn mi was the best I had all month. You get a better value at Bahn mi che cali, but each component of this sandwich was fresh. I hate stale, stiff bread. The sandwich does not get a rubber band, so it fell apart in my backpack. The milk tea was okay, but not better than the nearby boba shop on the corner of Garvey. Come here for the sandwiches, or if you're not sure what you want but need to get going. If you only want milk tea, or actual seats, go elsewhere. Register is Clover, and does not take amex.
