$20/min has this place struggling. I came here for some fries. I asked for ketchup and they are out of ketchup. How does that make any sense? This poor business is struggling to keep up now. ?

Very bad place, the food was salty, the meat was salty, they didn't give me ketchup for the chips, I tried to ask, no one paid attention to me, too many homeless people inside asking for money, it feels very unsafe, the bathrooms are disgusting without toilet paper or hands, completely dirty

Cashier girl is very rude, she didn't give me any napkins or ketchup, and when I asked if I could get napkins and ketchup she slammed them on the counter instead of placing them in bag. Not happy with customer service...

We've moved to this area a couple months now and was filled with joy that there is a McDonald's in such close distance since we love McDonald's. However, how EXTREMELY disappointing this location is is beyond us. We come here at least once a week and there was NOT EVEN ONCE that we left with an order that didn't miss something. Giving sweetened tea when we ordered unsweetened, a whole big mac missing, didn't give us our nuggets and fries, etc etc etc. Also the other reviews are right about how slow it is too, we were once sat in our car and waited for a curbside order for over 20 mins. When we got in the store and asked them they said "we didn't see any car out there" ? I guess somehow we own an invisible car without knowing??♀️ We were so happy to support a locally owned location when we moved here but now we are just gonna drive farther and avoid this location for good.

They're rude in just 1 hr of me sitting in here eating i witnessed 3 people at different times go to ask for the restroom code and all employees ignored the customers and then the employees called their coworkers told them to give the customers the code because they were on break whilst being behind the register

Just sucked up a pubic hair with the follicle still on through my iced coffee straw! Absolutely disgusting! Apparently somebody has an issue with hygiene. I’m not the only one posting about hairs in food!
