I would always go to this Starbucks because they would make it so good but for the past couple of month the drinks are sooo bad. I order the pink drink and what I end up getting is a red drink with particles. No matter how much I mix it, it comes out the same and is disgusting. So disappointing š£

Felt offended today going through the drive through and asked for a pup cup. When I arrived at the window the lady screamed out āomg itās a ratā talking about my small white dog that just got groomed. Iāve never felt so disrespected and disappointed in the service I received. My dog was so excited to get her pup cup and I got my order and never received it. I had to ask a second time for my pup cup and finally was given one. She didnāt even acknowledge me as I left. Iāve never had a problem with this Starbucks but today made me feel no longer welcomed.
