They denied me a cup a water they said I had to buy something I told the girl well just charge me the cup I just want the cup.of water and she refused horrible service she says it's a new policy but I haven't encountered that anywhere else

I would always go to this Starbucks because they fill up my drink to the top whenever I asked for light ice and they make it so good. Now past few months they don't fill it up to the top no more, it's literally a damn joke! Half of the cup now, come on!

I would always go to this Starbucks because they would make it so good but for the past couple of month the drinks are sooo bad. I order the pink drink and what I end up getting is a red drink with particles. No matter how much I mix it, it comes out the same and is disgusting. So disappointing 😣

First I received the wrong drink. When I voiced it out they changed it. Then I received the wrong food and at that point I don’t even think they realized they got my order completely wrong. I got my drink however with mostly caramel and tats so off.
