This location has friendly service and plently of parking and seating. The drink orders are well made. The bathrooms are maintained well for customers.Diana was awesome ?. She was cheerful and very helpful.

I love this location! All the baristas are so friendly. I visit here about 4 times a month when I come down for school and I’ve never had a bad experience. Today I visited a different store north about an hour and a half at The Tejon Ranch outlets. They made me a drink that tasted as if the shots were dead. I was pressed for time so I kept driving. I came to my usual weekend spot(this location) and they remade my drink without hesitation. They deserve recognition for being so kind and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend this location over and over again?

Customer service was great until it came down to asking them to fix my drink. The girl with red hair and the fairly plumped girl weren't understanding my drink. I asked for a shaken espresso oat milk and brown sugar venti. They legit pl filled up my cup with pure ice and little to no coffee. I asked if they can make my drink a grande instead. Just got home, my coffee tastes like black coded no flavor of the brown sugar.

Everybody is so rude here. Probably the worst location in the area. Slow to bring our orders. And the workers literally ignore you when you try to order or get their attention. Your mobile order could be ready and they will just leave it on the counter in the back while you stand there waiting as they ignore you. I'd recommend a different location for your Starbucks craving.

When workers decide to make decisions on their own that doesn’t benefit the customer. I ordered online, and as usual I walk up to the counter where the online orders are and nothing available. I waited for 15 minutes and went to the counter to ask about my mobile order. Staff said it is being worked on and she will get it to me as soon as it’s finished. 5 minutes later, another employee ask what I am waiting for. I told her my name and my order, it was sitting behind on the back counter. It was completed for a long time, enough time for there was condensation on the outside of the cup. 20 minutes wasted, what a bummer.

Order took so long while I saw other people ordering after me and getting their orders earlier than me. FOCUS ON ORDERS DEPENDING ON TIME ORDERED! ALL I ORDERED WAS A VANILLA BEAN FRAP AND A CAKE POP! DO NOT come here if you are tight on time!

Yea I work for door dash I when in and tell em I got a pick up and they say is getting ready so I waited 20 min in I ask again they say is ready but not bagg yet so I waited all that time before I walk in it was sitting on the counter and then they decide to hand it to me dam want kind service is that r they just like to do that to driver that work for door dash hope the manager see this comment and have it fix

Ordered starbucks from uber eats. Ordered a latte and oatmeal with toppings. I received plain oatmeal with no toppings on the side. This is very disappointing when you spend $6dollars on oatmeal and then they forget half the order. The staff needs to slow down and take a brief moment to verify orders are packaged correctly.

I ordered my usual and I didn't get the name of the super wonderful barista that attended me through drive thru but he was so awesome! He fixed the mistakes of my order and was so patient. They also did my order perfectly! I've had experiences at other starbucks where they give me extra ice when I request easy ice but this location completed my request!

For people who use uber eats and door dash, if you wonder why your drinks take so long from this Starbucks is because they really don’t care about online orders. When you ask them again about the order they kinda ignore you or give you attitude. Just a heads up for people wondering why Uber drivers take longer to deliver your drinks. It’s not their fault
