The one in Rosemead is so much better their burgers are made better over all onions grilled just right burger is juicy cheese perfect melt and the taste delis. I seen there was one here in El Monte so I came was so disappointed what a difference everything about the burger was so off. Going back to Rosemead.

Food is good, but its not any better then any other hamburger business. Prices are extremely high,I understand that prices have changed but prices at The Habit have doubled. Not very many families will be able to eat here, a family of 4 will probably pay 60 to 80 dollars for combos. I ordered a santa barbara burger combo and paid 16.00.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru with no one in front of me All I ordered was a chicken sandwich a shake I only have a 1/2 for lunch I will never come here again

How I received my grilled chicken sandwich that was supposed to have teriyaki with it. The whole bottom of both breads are soaked in some kind of chicken juice. The mayonnaise it's completely drenching the lettuce and they forgot the teriyaki sauce all together. They are constant out forgetting the sauces when I ask for it on the side. And I always let it slide but this was a f***ing disaster worthy of being shared. Do better.

I have come here on several occasions, drive thru and sit down, and they have been great every time. From fixing a wrong order and refunding me my money to upgrading my drink free of charge while providing friendly service to the food being spot on every time, reflects the great customer service that keeps me coming back to this location with their walk up order window and nicely done outside patio. Thank you for a solid lunch, again :)

Just tried the limited time pretzel burger. Never again. First time that I ordered something which do not meet my expectations. I won't be ordering it again. Great curb side service.

I pick up delivery orders here a lot. Orders are never ready. Have to wait sometimes as long as 20 minutes. When you ask them how much longer it will be, they just smirk at you and say we don’t know. If you ask for a water, they give you a three ounce cup filled with toilet water.
