Veggie Life Restaurant

We had the Vietnamese crêpe and the rice rolls. Both were delicious and came with a heaping portion of greens. 

The first good sign was that I was the only white person there. If the local Vietnamese like the Vietnamese restaurant, it's probably authentic and delicious, and it is. Everything is family style, so be prepared for more food than you expected. The lemongrass chicken was fantastic. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I’m very happy with the prices

One of the best Vegan place. I visit it frequently. Prices as reasonable considering hot black tea, main dish, rice and daily dessert included in the price. Food is delicious and staff is very friendly. After remodeling have become more spacious and comfortable.

Tried Veggie Life for the first time today. Got the bun bo hue. Their broth was good considering it’s not made of meat.

Also tried some veggies from the buffet. I liked that it was packed with flavor.

FYI, they don’t speak much English here so I’d recommend (or bring somebody who can) speak Viet. On the other hand, there is one guy working there who also knows some Mandarin.

We have come here for years. Delicious vegan Vietnamese food. Excellent soup noodles, sandwiches, and faux chicken and rice.

Vegetarian options: The place is clean enough, and the food is delicious!

I think I've tried almost everything on the menu at this point. I have never had anything I didn't love at this place. Bring your non vegan friends and even they will love it!

Thank you Lee and Devin for the great food, conversation, and memories over the years. My favorite restaurant in the San Gabriel Valley. Can’t go wrong with any choices on the menu.

Dietary restrictions: They said it’s vegan friendly. However I’m unsure about the chow mein fried noodles. I heard that chow mein is made using eggs. Other than that, everything here seems to be vegetarian at the minimum.
