No recomiendo este lugar tube un incidente con mi comida hoy noviembre 17 alas 6:30pm able para saber que estaba pasando con mi comida . Able con la manager no quiso darme su nombre dice que no está obligada a dar esa información siempre pasa eso cuando la manager quiere encubrir a sus empleados ya que tampoco me quiso dar el nombre de la cajera que cometió el error . porque le dije que ablaria ala corporación es la segunda ves que me roban la primera ves ase como 3 meses ordene alitas y nunca me las pusieron . Dejen de robarle ala gente . Esa manager deberían de darle entrenamiento .

I've gotten my Wingstop orders from this restaurant through DoorDash and they always tend to under cook the wings or forget certain condiments. Today I received my order with no dips and most wings cold with some warm as if they were just thrown in the microwave.

If could give this place 0 stars I would. By far the worst Wingstop ever! I ordered the 10 piece boneless on Monday night when they're 70 cents and they only gave me what seemed to be the last of the batch left cause they were hard to bite into and smaller pieces that's the usual! So upset, I threw it all away!

On Sept 4th. At around 7 30 pm. I placed 2 phone orders. I was gonna pay cash but had a 100 dollar bill. My orders was gonna be more then 50 dollars. They wouldn't take my money, but Jonathan was very helpful trying to figure out himself how to help me. He had asked a coworker Itzel but she rudely just said you have to do it, not once walked over help. After about 15 mins of him getting my money in order because nobody came to help. I asked for Itzels name because I wanted to call and complain. Not only was she so rude how do you not help out a coworker? There people there waiting. So she didn't want to give me her name she asked why and I told her why and she said no and walked away, as she walks away she tells the other cowker "she's not giving me her name because I'm rude" like excuse me she was the one being rude, she flipped me off, so of course I told her shit also. But I couldn't even believe she was flipping me off and going off on me for HER being rude. And I see a lot of complains here about her. So I would love to speak to the owner. I see this is a franchise. I always come here and never had that happen. It's not fair she gets to treat people like that and nothing gets done. Is this how wing stop works? You guys flip us off. I should've took my money else where...

The policy of showing ID and the card in which you paid?! I understand showing ID but the card? Also apparently I should have received a call telling me about this new policy, I never got a call and the worker literally tells me yes you did, never got a call and still grabs my debit card out of my hand, poor training, and rude service

employees are always so rude, this isn't even something someone can show you at work while training. do people not know basic manners now in days? i honestly just come here because my wings are always great but customer service is not. that's why i always order online. big man with freckles called me asking me to show him my id when i got there he was rude and i showed him my i'd and said it looked lovely. so sarcastically and said he's just giving me the same energy. when i was just doing what he asked. i hate people who say they never complain and proceed to complain. but i never complain and for me to do this is just so extreme. maybe while interviewing make sure they are also friendly.

Don't order your wings here. They mess up my order every time. I placed an order here and yes, I made sure it was the right location and number. Showed up just for them to tell me they "can't find my order". I showed them I called their store number and they still told me they did not have my order in "their system"... how does this happen?? I called on the phone and repeated my order twice !! Hire new employees who actually want to work !!!!! They ripped me off and didn't give me their 70 cent boneless wing special on a MONDAY like I asked. They said I had to make it a combo in order to receive that special. Umm... since when?? They are the only wing stop that does this. The worst Wingstop ever .Their fries are also never fresh and always soggy

I personally wont go back here. After 2-3 wings i dipped in the ranch i notice a hair in the ranch. I called just to let them know (not like i was asking for a refund) & the lady put me on hold and hung up. I called back and they didnt answer my calls... very

Seems like they like leaving Phone unhooked, calling them because I received a order completely wrong, trying to just get my money back for the 16 wings they completely forgot. It's almost closing time so I was not trying to make the drive back, definitely my fault for not double checking.

I'll never eat at this location ever again. I find this location to be very rude and unprofessional. They treat people like they're doing you a favor when they serve you. They still owe me around 40 bucks. That's how much it cost me to discover this locations shortcomings. I like Wingstop, just not this location.
