“Second time here! First visited after a show at Teragram Ballroom. Here tonight for the Month Bar which is right next door. If you’re from around here or there for shows, please check this place out!

“80% of the time I get a bacon wrapped hot dog from LA, i get sick; regardless of whether they are a truck or a cart.
Brothers hotdogs has NEVER gotten me sick. This is the ONLY place i get my bacon wrapped hot dogs.
Other food items they offer are pretty good too. If its not a hotdog, its a mulita, breakfast burrito, or quesadilla.
They make the food right in front of you; other trucks are behind closed doors or covered windows.
These guys deserve more attention“

“Classic Bixby Burgers is an awesome spot if you're craving a really good burger. The burgers are juicy, flavorful, and taste fresh every time. The buns are soft, the toppings are fresh, and everything is cooked just right. The fries are also super good and crispy, which makes the meal even better. The staff are friendly and the service is fast, so it’s a great place to stop by for lunch or dinner. Overall, Classic Bixby Burgers is definitely worth visiting if you want a delicious burger and a great experience.“

“Maaaaan if the burgers and fries didn’t hit as hard as they do, I’d say just pass on it but in complete honesty, they make delicious greasy spoon munchies. It’s literally just a walk-up counter, but they’re local favorites for a reason.
Downsides include how early they close, limited street parking, cold customer service (at times condescending), no dine-in service, horrible atmosphere since there’s no safe space for people to wait for their orders. Lastly, I think their prices are a bit too high for this area/financial climate… in my opinion of course.
Funny thing is, their food overshadows ALL THIS. 😩 It’s so good and I crave it often. Wish they’d be open later 👀😔😒“

“I normally don’t go out for hot dogs because most places feel basic — just a plain hot dog like you’d grab at a gas station. Nothing exciting.
But this place was completely different. The flavors actually surprised me. The bread was grilled perfectly with a buttery, slightly sweet taste, mixed with a little spice and crunch from the toppings. You can tell they went beyond just throwing a hot dog in a bun. The combination of sauces, crispy onions, fresh ingredients, and toasted bread made the whole thing taste incredible. Your taste buds are basically screaming, “Wow, this is GOOD.”
The hot dog itself honestly wasn’t anything super special, but everything built around it made the experience awesome. If they ever created their own unique signature hot dog recipe instead of using a more standard one, I’m telling you… that would take this place to another level completely.“

“Look: It’s been a minute since a burrito slayed me, but Lupita’s did. The al pastor with salsa verde, avocado, and cheese (sour cream is also included, but I thought that would be too much) was incredible. Add in some friendly service and this is a great stop if you’re downtown!“

“I tried this place out while I was in LA and I've got to say hands down the best korean hot dog and mochidonut I've tasted. Their cookies and cream and Nutella donuts hit just right. The crispy potato mozzarella hot dogs are super cheesy and delicious. It was a delightful experience and would visit again 100%!! Service was amazing and the workers are so kind.“

“Excellent carnitas and food. The service is exceptional and attentive. Prices are great, the amount of food is plentiful and the service is fast. Why go to a restaurant or fast food joint and pay overpriced food, when you can stop by get some carnitas, burritos, chillaquiles, torta, etc well served, great taste and a good price. The best carnitas in town, hands down.“

“This is the kind of burger spot that feels like it actually has some personality behind it. The food is simple in the best way: burgers, fries, tenders, loaded fries, and the kind of stuff you want when you’re hungry and don’t feel like overthinking it. I like that it has more of a neighborhood feel instead of trying too hard to be trendy.
