Ordered here; I handed Fernanda; the cashier; a coupon, and did not apply it upon checking receipt. Then she gave me pure chumps change and said register had no singles. She was a bit slow witted when taking my order as she was confused when I repeated the order to her. I hope in the future situations like this can be avoided, it brings down the value of such nice restaurant.

In my personal opinion Sammie the girl at the register is very nice , not just with me ,but with older people I noticed she is very patient, I am so glad I saw the way she treats older customers. 🙂

The customer service here is horrible. The quality of the meat was very disappointing. This location is very dirty. The employees do not know how to do their job with all due respect. We come see yoshinoya quite often this is our first time at this location and it was a very bad experience. A manager has well I was very unprofessional. I ordered over $50 with the food the bowls were very skimpy. I asked for extra teriyaki I can make chicken and it did not even look like extra teriyaki

When's the other day to buy some combos they told me 5 minutes for beef to come out when I got home to eat there is a three small strips of meat for four plates I paid $58 not worth it never again

I order thru the app today and It was my first time I didn't notice that it said to pick it up instead of delivery. I called once they told me to call customer service and phone number it's disconnected. They don't take my calls anymore didn't understand that I couldn't pick up and they didn't try to return my money.Mg It was the Southgate restaurant bad service
