We had a very disappointing experience and I’m hoping a manager can call me because I can’t find phone number anywhere to call you.
We arrived at the tail end of a rush. Many open but dirty tables. I get that. A restaurant can’t control when everyone arrives or leaves all at once. They quoted us like 40 minutes for a table, which seemed silly because they had many opened that needed to be cleaned. I worked in restaurants for years, I remember being in the weeds… I still have dreams about not being able to catch up, but what bothered me about the situation was no one seemed to be hustling at all! There was no urgency.
The bar was noted as open seating but I was there with my family so that didn’t make sense for us, but I walked over to check with the bartender about seats near the bar around a fire pit and the bartender paid me hardly an ounce of attention and when she finally did she said it wasn’t open seating there. It just seemed like this was a missed opportunity to help their customers feel welcome and wait comfortably. I would’ve happily ordered a couple cocktails while we waited if we’d been offered a place to have them.
Eventually I gave up on the wait and ordered to go. I continued to watch the staff take their time on everything and the hostess regularly take a seat and be on her phone. I also watched her take a call from the manager (or like) where she was discussing what happened with a poor review they received and ignored a group of customers waiting at the hostess stand. It was hard to watch. She should have either acknowledged the guests or told whoever was on the phone that their were guests waiting and they would have to discuss it later.
I think the biggest issue with the service, was there was clearly no manager or leader on site to help the team that was struggling.
Once we received our food we left and took it to our next location only to find an entire meal missing from the order. We had to go buy another meal elsewhere. This is when I tried to find a phone number to call to have my credit card transaction corrected for what we actually received and found that there was not one to be found anywhere.
The food we did receive was fine.
Overall disappointing. Again, I’d like someone to contact me to discuss the refund I’m owed for the food I didn’t receive.

Absolutely perfect view of the sunset from the patio, very romantic. The patio is close enough to the water you can hear the waves. The chicken tacos were phenomenal. I'd definitely come here again.
