Lucky me! My car died next door to this place! Great food and service. Love the Surfer atmosphere. Lots of beer on tap too. My deli sandwich was excellent as was the salad. Wish I had one of these where I live!

We came in at 11:30 on a Saturday. There were 8 of us cyclists. We had ridden south from Tahoe City. We were hungry and needed fuel. The sandwiches are fresh and tasty and superbly constructed. The "Regular" is quite large. I could have ordered a "Small". I would ride 35 miles just to enjoy the "Surfin' Bird" sandwich.

The sandwiches are delicious and Kylie the owner is amazing! We were greated with not only friendly smiles, but happy tail wags from her two dogs! We are not from the area but we will be coming back up and make this our go to lunch spot! Thank you Kylie!
