It’s hard to expect works of art and super fast service when you’re located in the busiest parts of the area. The lines are out the door even late. But from what I saw, they did their best with who they had to work and the ice cream came out ok. I’m sure the workers there don’t set the prices for the area so it’s hard to blame them for that and it’s in relation with the location. The service was ok and the line that started out the door went quick enough.

This is one of our top go to spots for ice cream when walking around town in SLT. It’s always busy but staff are helpful. Prices are higher than usual but it’s expected being in a touristy spot.

Visited Cold Stone in Heavenly Village, Lake Tahoe on June 8, 2025 at 12:30 pm and it was a very warm day for Tahoe. Aiden was working alone and the line several times was to the door. What a GREAT employee you have ! Smiled the entire time, was kind to customers and all around wonderful attitude. Did I mention he was working by himself !
